ALL INDIA COMNCLAVE ON RESEARCH, INNOVATION & ENTREPRENEURSHIP 2023 ORGANISED
Bhubaneswar(09/09/2023): The Autonomous Institute of Health Sciences and Atal Incubation Centre organised the All India Comnclave on Research, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship 2023 at National Institute of Technology, Chandaka Village, Bhubaneswar recently. The event brought together a diverse group of professionals, researchers, and innovators to explore advancements in medical rehabilitation. Dr.Sidharth Giri, a distinguished Scientist at the Indian Council of Medical Research, Bhubaneswar, graced the event as the Chief Guest. Durga Prasad Gowda, Chief Operating Officer at AIC-Nalanda Institute of Technology, was the Guest of Honour. The event commenced with a warm welcome address by Prof.Satya Mahapatra, Director of the Autonomous Institute of Health Sciences. The traditional lamp lighting ceremony marked the beginning of the event. Esteemed guests were felicitated in recognition of their contributions to the field of medical rehabilitation. The event witnessed the release of three esteemed journals: The 8th volume of ISAM - Indian Journal of Audiology, Indian Journal of Communication Sciences and Indian Journal of Physical Rehabilitation. A key highlight of the conclave was the Idea Presentation Competition, focusing on enhancing medical rehabilitation. The esteemed jury panel consisted of experts from various domains, including engineering, medical research, physiotherapy, audiology, and speech-language pathology. Jury members included Dr.Sidharth Giri, Dr.Pratap Kumar Jena, Dr.Manas Kumar Samantaray, Dr.Sanjay Kumar Ram, and Swarup Vikash Mishra. A total of 18 innovative ideas were presented, representing institutions from various parts of India, including IIT Bombay, All India Institute of Speech and Hearing, ICMR Patna, CMC Vellore, and many others. The comnclave centered around the themes of research, innovation, and entrepreneurship, particularly in the field of medical rehabilitation. The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks to all participants, speakers, and sponsors. An award distribution ceremony recognized outstanding contributions to the field. The winner of the best idea presentation for the Comnclave 2023 is Dr.Vivek Kumar, Assistant Professor in speech language pathology, Autonomous Institute of health sciences. The All India Comnclave of 2023 served as a platform for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the promotion of innovative solutions in the critical domain of medical rehabilitation.
It marked a significant step forward in advancing healthcare and improving the quality of life for individuals in need of rehabilitation services.
