BLOOD DONATION CAMP ORGANISED BY CREDAI BHUBANSWAR
Bhubaneswar(11/10/2023): CREDAI Bhubaneswar, in collaboration with Capital Hospital Blood Bank, organized a significant blood donation camp at the CREDAI Odisha Office Conference Hall in Bhubaneswar.
The event brought together a host of esteemed dignitaries and community members to promote the noble cause of blood donation. The event was graced by the presence of Chief Guest Susant Kumar Rout, MLA, Bhubaneswar (North), and Jayanti Sahoo, Corporator, Ward No-12, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation along with socialist Prasanna Kumar Sahoo.
Rout exemplified commitment of CREDAI Bhubaneswar for the welfare of the community and the importance of voluntary blood donation.
On the occasion CREDAI Odisha State Federation Office Bearers D.S.Tripathy, Chairman, Binay Krishna Das, Vice-Chairman, Swadesh Kumar Routray, President and Umesh Khandelwal, Vice-President was also present. The Blood Donation camp was organised where more over than hundred people gathered with successful efforts of Office Bearers of CREDAI Bhubaneswar Sangram Keshari Sahoo, Chairman, Sofia Firdous, President, Jagat Kumar Kar, Secretary, Bobbili Satyanarana, Vice President, Manmohan Agarwalla, Jyoti Ranjan Behuria, Joint Secretary, and Ashok Kumar Patro,Treasurer along with Executive Members Ronak Dugar, Kamal Lochan Patra, and Rajendra Kumar Patra..
During the event, Sofia Firdous, President of CREDAI Bhubaneswar, emphasized the importance of regular blood donation, stating, " Regularly donating blood can be a lifesaving act, as your donated blood has the potential to offer a second life to someone in need.
The Secretary Jagat Kumar Kar said, the blood donation camp was a success, bringing together individuals who shared a common cause to making a positive difference.
The generous contributions of blood by the participants will undoubtedly save lives and serve as a testament to the spirit of giving and community engagement that defines Bhubaneswar.
He also emphasised to hold such activity on regular basis in future.
