Bhubaneswar records coldest November night in 25 Years

Bhubaneswar (By Abhishek Mohanty): Odisha’s capital Bhubaneswar shivered through its coldest November night in 25 years, as the minimum temperature dipped to 12.9°C. This is the lowest temperature recorded in the city during November since the year 2000.

For the past 25 years, Bhubaneswar had not gone below 13°C in November. Earlier notable records include 13.5°C on November 29, 2009, 13.6°C on November 25, 2018, and 13.7°C on November 26, 2017.

Meanwhile, Daringbadi continued to be the coldest place in Odisha at 7.0°C, followed by Phulbani at 8.0°C. Jharsuguda recorded 9.8°C, while Rourkela and Angul registered 10.0°C and 10.2°C, respectively.
