Odisha government constitutes Law Commission
Bhubaneswar (27/12/2024): The Odisha government on Friday constituted its Law Commission, with Justice Biswanath Rath as its chairperson.
Advocate Pitambar Acharya has been appointed as the permanent member of the Commission. Surya Prakash Mishra and Sauri Chandra Mohapatra have been appointed as members.
This development was announced through a notification issued by the Law department .
