OVER 25 KILLED, SEVERAL OTHERS INJURED AFTER BUS PLUNGES INTO DEEP GORGE IN JAMMU AND KASHMIR
New Delhi(15/11/2023): More than 25 people died and 20 others were injured after a bus plunged into a deep gorge in Assar area of Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir.
Expressing grief over the death of the passengers, Prime minister Narendra Modi announced Rs 2 lakh ex-gratia to the next of the kin of each deceased and Rs 50,000 for the injured.
