Over 92 lakh women have registered under 'Subhadra' scheme: Odisha Deputy CM

Bhubaneswar (25/09/2024): Odisha's Deputy Chief Minister, Prabhati Parida, announced that more than 92 lakh women have registered under the 'Subhadra' scheme, with an expected one crore registrations within a week.

The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to one crore women, with 25 lakh 11 thousand women already receiving the first installment The state government has already disbursed first installment to 25 lakh 11 thousand women.

The first installment will be paid to all beneficiaries before March 8. The second installment will be paid on International Women's Day Parida assured that all registered women will receive the financial assistance, emphasizing that the order of payment does not indicate priority or preference .
