PRIVATE BUS STRIKE IN ODISHA FROM OCTOBER 10

Bhubaneswar(08/10/2023): The All Odisha Bus Owners' Association has decided to go on an indefinite strike from October 10. Association General Secretary Debendra Kumar Sahu said that the state government has not yet agreed to hold discussion with us regarding fulfilment of our demand.

The Association had given a proposal to the government to allow their buses to operate in rural pockets of the state.

For the last three months, the government has remained callous towards the demand." Buses engaged in educational institutions will also stay off the roads during the strike, he added.
