150 units of blood collected at XIM University
Bhubaneswar(07/03/2025): The NSS cell of XIM University organized a successful Blood Donation Drive in collaboration with Indian Red Cross Society, Odisha State Branch and Regional Branch Bhubaneswar.
The Blood Donation Drive commenced with enthusiastic participation from staff, faculty, and both undergraduate and postgraduate students of XIM University.
A total of 150 individuals donated blood, significantly contributing to the cause and reflecting the strong spirit of service within the XIM University community. This event not only fostered awareness about the importance of blood donation but also showcased the dedication of the NSS team and student youth volunteers in driving meaningful social impact.
It stands as a testament to XIM University’s commitment to promoting community welfare and service. The event was graced by the Registrar of XIM University, reverend Fr.S.Antony Raj, SJ and NSS Coordinator of XIM University Dr.Jyoti Ranjan Sahoo.
The NSS Program officer, Dr.Debi Prasad Satapathy, Program officer of NSS Cell coordinated the event.
Dr.Pradeep Kumar Moharna and Dr.Gitanjali Mishra, doctors, Indian Red Cross society, Odisha State Branch were present during the inaugural ceremony.
