Bombs hurled on vehicles engaged in construction site
Cuttack (09/11/2024): Unidentified miscreants hurled bombs at Kainmundi Square under Banki police limits of Cuttack district on Friday night.
Banki police rushed to the spot and started investigation into the incident. A contractor was engaged in construction of a bridge work at Kainundi village.
A few miscreants allegedly threatened him for extortion.
When he refused, the miscreants left after threatening him with dire consequences. On Friday night, the miscreants hurled two bombs on the vehicles engaged at the construction site to threaten the contractor.
