Cyclone fear for Odisha resurfaces in October

A low-pressure system may develop by October 23, potentially intensifying into a severe cyclone.
The Global Forecast System predicted landfall of the cyclone between Odisha's Balasore and West Bengal. However, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has not issued any advisory regarding the cyclone .
