ISSUES OF PRIVATE BUS OWNERS WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH DISCUSSION: MINISTER
Bhubaneswar (26/10/2023): A meeting between Odisha government and Private Bus Owners' Association was held at Kharvel Bhawan in Bhubaneswar on Thursday. Transport Minister Tukuni Sahu chaired the meeting.
After the meeting, the Minister said, "There will be no bus strike in Odisha.
The issues of private bus owners will be resolved through discussion." On the other hand, Private Bus Owners' Association Secretary Debendra Sahu said, "The strike has only been put on hold till October 31.
It has not been called off.
The future course of action will be decided in general body meeting scheduled to be held on October 30.".
