LAKHS OF DEVOTEES GATHER AT PURI BADA DANDA TO WITNESS RATH JATRA

Puri(07/07/2024): Lakhs of devotees gathered at Puri Bada Danda to witness the holy chariots and seek blessings of the almighty on the occasion of Rath Jatra. The Pahandi ritual will begin at 1:20 PM.

The Chhera Panhara (sweeping of the chariots) will take place at around 2:30 PM.

The pulling of the chariots will start at 5:00 PM. This time, Artificial Intelligence will be used for traffic management during the festival .
