Odisha government partners with NAVIS HR to empower nurses for a future in Japan

Bhubaneswar (27/07/2024): In an inspiring initiative aimed at enhancing the career prospects of nursing professionals, the Government of Odisha has partnered with NAVIS HR to fully sponsor a program that will train and send nurses to Japan.
This program, 100% funded by the Odisha government, is designed to provide comprehensive Japanese language training and facilitate placement opportunities for nurses in Japan, ensuring they have a brighter future and rewarding careers. A Commitment to Excellence and Opportunity-NAVIS HR, a renowned human resource development and placement agency based in Bengaluru, India, will be responsible for training the candidates.
With over 20 years of experience in Japanese language training and a strong track record of placing Indian professionals in Japan, NAVIS HR is well-equipped to prepare these nurses for their new roles abroad.
The organization has successfully trained more than 10,000 individuals in Japanese and has placed a significant number of Indian nurses in Japanese healthcare facilities since March 2019. Bridging the Gap: Addressing Manpower Shortages in Japan- Japan faces a critical shortage of healthcare personnel, and this program aims to address that gap by providing skilled and well-trained nurses from Odisha.
The collaboration between the Odisha government and NAVIS HR not only opens up new career avenues for Indian nurses but also contributes to meeting Japan's healthcare needs. Supporting the 'Skill India' Initiative- This initiative is in line with the Indian Government's 'Skill India' mission, which focuses on developing human resources and enhancing the employability of Indian youth.
By providing nurses with the necessary language skills and cultural training, this program ensures that they are well-prepared to work in Japan and integrate smoothly into the Japanese healthcare system. A Bright Future Ahead-NAVIS HR will offer a one-stop service that includes recruitment, Japanese language training, and placement in Japan.
With native Japanese instructors and innovative training methods, NAVIS HR ensures that all candidates achieve a high level of proficiency in Japanese, equivalent to the JLPT N3 level, within five months.
