Poet Chittaranjan Mishra’s Book ‘Shabdanjali’ Released at International Conference

Balasore, Oct 21 (Krushna Kumar Mohanty): On the second day of an international seminar organized by the Postgraduate English Department of Samanta Chandrasekhar Autonomous College, focused on “Odisha’s Art, Architecture, and Culture and the Bridge to Global Connectivity”, poet Dr. Chittaranjan Mishra’s book ‘Shabdanjali’ was formally released.

The book is a heartfelt collection of poems dedicated to Lord Jagannath. The release ceremony was part of the seminar celebrations. Himanshu Kumar Mohanty, former Regional Director of the DAV organization in New Delhi, was the Chief Guest, while Ms. Kripi Aingia, Head of Study and Development at Taj Group, and Girish Chandra Nayak, Director of Operations at The Nayak Hotels, Puri, attended as honored guests.

The session was presided over by Dr. Chittaranjan Dwivedi, Principal of the college. The seminar was inaugurated by Dr. Rabindra Kumar Pradhan, convenor of the conference, with participation from departmental head Dr. Sasmita Pramanik, guest speakers, researchers, faculty members, and a large number of students.
