Two Maoist camps unearthed
Subarnapur(23/11/2024): Two Maoist camps were unearthed in Reserved Forest of Manamunda in Subarnapur district. The camps were found in the Kanapada and Kuakumuda areas of the forest.
During the joint operation by Special Operation Group and District Voluntary Force jawans, a large cache of arms, ammunition, and other Maoist materials including seven detonators, electric wires were recovered.
The discovery of the Maoist camps is a significant blow to the rebel group's activities in the region.
The security forces are continuing their operations to flush out the Maoists from the area.
