ISRO LAUNCHES INDIA'S FIRST SOLAR MISSION ADITYA L1
Bhubaneswar(02/09/2023): The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) on Saturday launched India's first solar mission Aditya L1 from Satish Dhawan Centre in Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh. Aditya L1 is carrying seven different payloads to have a detailed study of the sun. The successful launch of the maiden solar mission of the ISRO came on the heels of te historic lunar landing mission Chandrayaan 3. The Aditya L1 mission is expected to reach the observation point in four months.
