Ambulance carrying patient catches fire
Pipili(07/04/2025): An ambulance carrying a snakebite patient caught fire at Pipili in Puri district on late on Sunday night. The fire broke out near the Selfie Point in Pipili while the patient was being rushed to Bhubaneswar from Delang in Puri district. Fortunately, the patient and ambulance staff managed to escape unhurt. It is suspected that a short circuit in the battery of the vehicle may have triggered the blaze.
