WOMAN DIES AFTER BEING RUN OVER BY PICK-UP VAN; LOCALS BLOCK ROAD
Umerkote (28/03/2024): A woman died after being run over by a pick-up van at Sanabharandi village under Umerkote tehsil in Nabarangpur district on Thursday. Following the incident, a group of locals staged a road blockade near the accident spot by placing the body of the deceased on the road.
They demanded compensation for family of the deceased. The road blockade affected vehicular movement on Umerkote-Nabarangpur road.
