XIM UNIVERSITY'S SCHOOL OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT CONDUCTS 4-DAY MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR HITACHI VANTARA AT KOLKATA
Bhubaneswar(24/03/2024): The School of Human Resource Management, XIM University conducted a 4-day Management Development Program (MDP) titled “The Leader in Me” for Hitachi Vantara at Kolkata. The 4-day was held from March 19 to 22, 2024 for the senior managers of Hitachi Vantara.
The MDP focused on building people management skills as well as visioning, goal setting and effective situational leadership.
“It was a unique collective learning experience for all of us”, Dr.Subhra Pattnaik, Associate Professor, School of Human Resource Management, XIM University who was coordinating the program.
The participants contributed hugely to the success of the program through their active participation in bringing real time examples from Hitachi into the session discussions.
The program received the unstinted support from Malay Bhattacharjee, Director, India Quality Lab, Hitachi Vantara.
The sessions were facilitated by Dr.Mousumi Padhi, Associate Dean, School of Human Resource Management, XIM University, Dr.Kalpana Sahoo, Associate Professor, School of Human Resource Management, XIM University and Dr.Subhra Pattnaik, Associate Professor, School of Human Resource Management, XIM University.
The coordinator expressed her gratitude for Raju Panja, Manager, Hitachi Vantara for his flawless coordination of the program events and for Tanmoy Panja and Manoranjan Rout, managers from Hitachi Vantara for initiating discussions that made the program possible.
