BJP leader Jagannath Pradhan withdraws nomination for Rajya Sabha
Bhubaneswar(27/08/2024): BJP leader Jagannath Pradhan withdrew nomination for Rajya Sabha on Tuesday. Pradhan had filed nomination as an independent candidate for the Rajya Sabha by-election.
He withdrew his nomination following the party's direction.
Pradhan said he has abided by the party's decision as a disciplined worker.
He had filed nomination for the Rajya Sabha by-election as an independent candidate.
Meanwhile, BJP candidate Mamata Mahanta has also withdrawn her nomination .
