Rourkela aircraft accident situation being closely monitored: Usha Padhee

Rourkela(By Abhishek Mohanty): Following the aircraft accident that occurred yesterday in the Jalda area of Rourkela in Sundargarh district, Odisha Transport Secretary Usha Padhee visited the accident site and held discussions with senior officials.

Padhee informed that the Chief Minister is closely monitoring the aircraft accident situation. He has directed that all possible assistance be provided to the injured. All necessary facilities and support have been arranged. 

A two-member medical team has been sent to the hospital to assess the health condition of the injured.

Two persons injured in the accident have been airlifted to Mumbai. 

For advanced medical treatment, Savita Agrawal and Sunil Agrawal were airlifted at their own request
