UTP WHO ESCAPED FROM TITLAGARH SUB-JAIL ARRESTED
Balangir (30/03/2024): An Under Trial Prisoner (UTP), who escaped from Titlagarh Sub-Jail in Balangir district recently, has been nabbed. Police arrested one of the two UTPs from Sumit Vihar area in Delhi.
The other one is yet to be traced. Earlier, jail warden of Titlagarh Sub-Jail was suspended for dereliction of duty after the two UTPs managed to escape.
