13 Odisha cops to get President's Medal on Independence Day

Bhubaneswar (14/08/2024): At least 13 police personnel from Odisha will get the prestigious President's Medal on the 78th Independence Day. The Ministry of Home Affairs announced that names of two officers will receive the President's Medal for Distinguished Service, while 11 others will be conferred with the Medal for Meritorious Service.

A total of 1037 police personnel from across India have been selected for the medals.
