B.Tech girl student of IIT Bhubaneswar dies by suicide

Bhubaneswar (04/09/2024): A B.Tech girl student died by jumping off from the hostel roof on Tuesday night. The deceased hails from New Delhi. The body of the girl was spotted in a pool of blood on the IIT campus late last night. Students rushed the third-year student to a medical facility inside the campus and then shifted her to Capital Hospital.

However, she was declared dead. Police have started investigation to ascertain the reason behind her death.
