Dengue cases on rise in Odisha

Bhubaneswar (18/08/2024): The sudden spike in dengue cases across Odisha has raised concerns for the health authorities. The number of positive cases of the vector-borne disease has reached around 2,000 in the state so far. Khordha has registered around 500 positive cases of dengue and it is followed by Sundargarh, Rourkela, Balangir and Cuttack. To prevent the spread of the disease, the Health department has taken steps to sensitive the people about the precautionary measures .
