MURDER OF MINOR GIRL IN BHUBANESWAR: ACCUSED ARRESTED FROM RAHAMA

Bhubaneswar(08/11/2023): The accused in the murder of a minor girl at Airfield police station area in Bhubaneswar has been arrested from Rahama station area in Jagatsinghpur district.

This was informed by Police Commissioner Saumendra Priyadarshi on Wednesday. The Commissioner said, "The accused Ghania Das had taken the minor girl to his house with the intention of rape.

The post mortem report can reveal whether she was raped or not.

Chargesheet will be filed on priority basis and efforts will be made to exemplary punishment for the accused.".
