OLLYWOOD PRODUCER TUTU NAYAK GETS BAIL

Bhubaneswar (08/11/2023): Ollywood producer Tutu Nayak was granted conditional bail by the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (SDJM) Court in Bhubaneswar on Wednesday. The bail was granted against a bailer and security deposit of Rs 50,000 in lady journalist slapping case. The SDJM Court accorded the bail after hearing a petition filed previously by the accused producer. Nayak was arrested on November 4 and sent to jail after his bail plea was deferred. He had already apologised amid allegations that he had slapped journalist Debasmita Rout at a cinema hall during the premier show of an Odia film.
