Nandankanan Zoo loses white tiger cub
Bhubaneswar(15/01/2025): One of the four cubs born to white tigress Rupa at Nandankanan Zoological Park on the outskirts of Bhubaneswar has died. The cub was suffering from illness and undergoing treatment since January 12. Rupa had given birth to four cubs on November 2 last year. With the death of the cub, the tiger population at Nandan Kanan has decreased to 27, including 14 males, 10 females, and 3 cubs.
