We recently provided a 'Chole Gravy' Live Demonstration to IIT Gandhinagar's 2000 students.
We saved 87% oil usage and 2 labour cost, with a cost saving of 24% in comparison to Fresh Onions by adding 90 days of Shelf life." Anywhere there is bulk food preparation, it takes a lot of time, energy and labour cost.
