Odisha Vigilance Forest Wing seizes vehicle with 290 bundles of processed Kendu leaves

Bhubaneswar: In a joint forest raid conducted on Friday, the Forest Wing of Odisha Vigilance seized a vehicle with 290 bundles of processed Kendu leaves near Sukinda in Jajpur district of Odisha.

Based on reliable information, a Bolero pick-up vehicle bearing Regd No- OD -02-CX-4579 laden with 29 bundles(14.80 Qntl) of processed Kendu leaves was detected and seized. The seized value of Kendu leaves and vehicle comes to Rs.11.94 lakhs.
