Sensitisation Camp for unorganised workers held
Bhubaneswar (08/01/2025): Aiming to educate the unorganized workers, a sensitisation camp was held at Red Cross Bhawan, Bhubaneswar under the banner of District Labour department, Khordha, Center for Child & Women Development (CCWD) Bhubaneswar, Anasangathita Sramik Mancha Odisha & ActionAid Association India.
The objective of the camp was to aware the unorganized workers on social security measures said Sadasiv Swain, Secretary of CCWD.
Attending as guest Pravakar Biswal, District Labour officer, Khordha, Rashmita Kumari Patro, ALO, Kaliputra Kuldeep Prasad, ALO Shared the rights& entitlements of workers.
Attending as distinguished guest Dharmendra Kumar Mishra, Regional Director, Dattopant Thengadi National Board for Workers Education shared the Central Government schemes for Informal Workers.
Among others Debabrata Patra, Associate Director, ActionAid Association India shared the different initiatives for unorganised workers.
