Puri(19/07/2024): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National President JP Nadda thanked the people of Odisha for their immense love for the party.
Addressing the Odisha BJP State Executive Meeting in Puri, Nadda said, "I congratulate all of you for winning 78 seats in elections and creating new history in the state.
We have been committed towards ensuring welfare of our people.
Today, I assure that we will leave no stone unturned to bring the schedule caste community and our tribal brothers to mainstream." Stating that the recent elections witnessed around 45 percent votes in Odisha in favour of the BJP, Nadda said the party is scripting glorious chapters in the history of India.
It was after around 60 years that someone was chosen as the Prime Minister for the third time, he added.
The meeting held under the chairmanship of Odisha BJP Chief Manmohan Singh was attended by Chief Minister Mohan Majhi, Union Ministers Jual Oram and Dharmendra Pradhan.
