AI cameras to be used for crowd management during Snana Yatra

Artificial Intelligence (AI) cameras will be used for monitoring and managing crowd the upcoming during Snana Yatra of Lord Jagannath in Puri.
Puri Superintendent of Police (SP) Binit Agrawal informed that a total of 70 platoons of police force, including 4 SPs and 450 police officers, will be deployed for security purposes.

The temple premises will have 34 platoons of police force, including one SP, while 24 platoons, including 2 SPs, will be engaged outside for crowd control.

One SP and 8 platoons force will manage traffic, and an additional SP with 1 platoon will assist  the devotees.
