Bhubaneswar(By Abhishek Mohanty): The curtains came down on the spectacular five-day cultural and intellectual extravaganza titled "Brahmastra 3.0", on April 29, 2025, at the Regional College of Management (RCM), Bhubaneswar. Conceived and curated as the brainchild of Dr. Pritam Pal (Group Director), this flagship annual youth fest has grown into one of the most awaited inter-institutional events in Eastern India.
Brahmastra 3.0 unfolded through five dynamic and diverse verticals—Brahmotsav, Kurukshetra, Ranbhoomi, Chakravyuh, and Drona—each designed to ignite creativity, competition, and collaboration among students. The event welcomed participation from students across RCM and various other colleges, universities, and institutes from Bhubaneswar and even distant corners of the country. With boundless enthusiasm and energy, participants showcased their talents and made the event a true celebration of youth and intellect.
Among the standout segments, the Drona Awards earned special acclaim. This prestigious vertical was dedicated to recognizing and honoring teachers, mentors, professors, coaches, trainers, and leaders in the public sector, for their relentless contribution to shaping minds and inspiring generations. A wide array of educators and professionals competed and were felicitated for excellence across both sports and cultural arenas—making Drona the heart and soul of Brahmastra 3.0.
The grand finale and award distribution ceremony were graced by distinguished dignitaries including Dr. Prabir Pal, Founder-Chairman of RCM; Dr. Sangamitra Pal, Director of RCM Global School (RCM Group of Institutions); Manas Ranjan Debata, Additional Director cum Principal; Dr. Itishree Debi, Principal (UG); and Dr. Shradha Mishra, Additional Director. Their presence added a layer of prestige and motivation for the young achievers and honorees.
The event also received vital support from its generous title sponsor FALCON Group and partners including ESSPL, IMFA, APPOLO, Reliance Trends, Indulge among others and the Press & Media Fraternity, who were specially acknowledged during the closing ceremony.
Brahmastra 3.0 concluded on a note of inspiration, innovation, and grandiosity—perfectly embodying the vision of Dr. Pritam Pal to build platforms that empower youth, honor educators, and bridge academia with community engagement.
