Drug-free India possible if youth are aware: Kranti's call to youth on National Youth Day
Brahmapur (12/01/2025): On the occasion of National Youth Day on 12.01.2025 -162nd Swami Vivekananda's birth anniversary, "If the youth are aware, it is possible to build a drug-free India" This message was conveyed to the youth by Kranti, a leading social organization based in Brahma Nagar, in order to inspire the youth to take a decision.

Under the direct supervision of Kranti's Executive Director Dr.Debananda Dash, during the Jayanti and Padayatra program, they highlighted how the youth are getting addicted to tobacco products and suffering the consequences due to lack of awareness in the society, and called for stopping it as soon as possible and protecting the youth of the society.
In this padayatra, volunteers from various social service organizations, including Samantray Academy, Holy Institute of Technology, Aryan Gurukul, K.C.Public School, Vedabyash College, Gyana Vikas English Medium School and Rajiv Memorial Institute of Technology joined the procession and raised slogans in the name of Swamiji. Finally, a spiritual gathering was held in front of Biju Patnaik Sanskruti Bhavan in Hilipatna on the occasion of Swami Vivekananda's Jayanti under the chairmanship of Dr.Debananda Dash of Kranti.
Secretary of Berhampur Press Club Prahlad Sahu, Joint Secretary Gopal Reddy and Director of Samantray Academy Debesh Samantray were the guests and explained the importance of Swamiji to the young society in simple language.
Dr.Dash of Kranti organization made the youth and women aware by saying "No to drugs, drug use causes cancer... Quit drugs, choose life." and resolved to build a drug-free India.
The program was attended by Nirmala Dash,Debaraj Raut, Saroj Kumar Sahu, Purna Chandra Sahu, B.Sanjay Patra, Anil Kumar Sethi and Chinmayananda Dash of Kranti Institute, along with I.S.R.D.Prabhat Kumar Padhi and other workers, Sakhi (One Group Center) and all the workers of Kranti were present and cooperated in the management.
