MONSOON COVERS ENTIRE ODISHA
Bhubaneswar (22/06/2024): The southwest monsoon has covered the entire Odisha on Saturday.
This was informed by the India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Saturday. The IMD predicted that there will be fall in maximum temperature by 2-4 degrees Celsius in the state during the next two days. Most parts of the state experienced light to moderate rainfall yesterday. Weather scientist Sarat Chandra Sahu informed that a low pressure is likely to form over the Bay of Bengal around June 27.
Under its influence, the districts of south Odisha may witness rainfall activities.
North Odisha districts are likely to experience rainfall activities from June 28.
