NATIONAL FILM AWARDS 2023 ANNOUNCED
New Delhi(24/08/2023): The 69 th National Film Awards 2023 was announced on Thursday. SS Rajamouli's RRR received awards for Action Direction, Choreography and Special Effects. The Kashmir Files won Nargis Dutt award for best film on national integration.
Pallavi Joshi got Best Supporting Actress for The Kashmir Files. Madhavan starrer Rocketry: The Nambi Effect bagged the National Award for Best Film.
Allu Arjun won Best Actor Award for Pushpa: The Rise-Part 1. Alia Bhatt and Kirti Sanon received Best Actress Award for Gangubai Kathiawadi and Mimi respectively. Gangubai Kathiawadi won the Best Adapted Screenplay and Best Dialogues. Best Film Critic went to Purushothama Charyulu (Telugu). Best Non Feature Film went to Garhwali and Hindi film Ek Tha Gaon directed by Shrishti Lakhera.
