TWO ANTHRAX CASES DETECTED IN KORAPUT
Koraput (28/06/2024): Two anthrax cases have been detected at Padeiguda village in Koraput district. Samples of six persons were sent for testing and two among those samples came out positive for anthrax. The affected persons have been asked to remain in isolation to check the futher spread of the disease. Lamataput, Nandapur, Semiliguda, Dasmantpur, Narayanpatana, Laxmipur and Bandhugam blocks in the district report anthrax cases every year.
