TWO-DAY MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME CONDUCTED FOR 13 LEADERS FROM MANIPAL HOSPITAL

Bhubaneswar (15/07/2024): A-two-day Management Development Programme (MDP) was conducted for 13 leaders from Manipal Hospital.

The Training Programme was held at Vivanta, Kolkata during July 11 and 12, 2024.

The programme was coordinated by Prof.Kalpana Sahoo and Prof.Subhra Pattnaik from the School of Human Resource Management (SoHRM), XIM University.

The modules focused on generating synergy between employees by aligning them to the Manipal Values and driving ownership and accountability.

The MDP provided an opportunity for participants to exchange their ideas and gain insights from a diverse range of peers.

Participants shared their thoughts and learning experiences.
