Two devotees injured due to heavy rush near Lingaraj Temple

Bhubaneswar (26/02/2025): A heavy rush of devotees was witnessed near the Lingaraja Temple in Bhubaneswar, resulting in injuries to two female devotees.

The incident happened near the Singhadwara entrance of the temple, where a large crowd had gathered. Khordha Collector Chanchal Rana informed that the crowd exceeded expectations, surpassing the numbers seen earlier during the Mahashivratri festival.

The police administration and officials are working to maintain order and ensure a smooth experience for devotees.
