Union Health Ministry writes to State & UT Chief Secretaries regarding hospital fires
Bhubaneswar (19/11/2024): Union Health Ministry wrote to the Chief Secretaries of State and Union Territories regarding hospital fires.
The letter reportedly emphasized taking serious steps, training healthcare workers, conducting fire safety drills, and monitoring electrical circuits.
A district-level committee, headed by the district collector, is also suggested .
