ANNUAL BIRD CENSUS BEGINS AT CHILIKA LAKE
Puri(04/01/2024): The annual bird census began at Chilika Lake on Thursday. Counting of migratory birds is underway in five ranges under Chilika Wildlife Division- Balugaon, Tangi, Chilika, Satapada and Rambha. A total of 21 teams comprising of 118 employees have been engaged for the exercise.
