AWARENESS PROGRAM ORGANISED IN GOLKUNDA FORT FOR DRUG FREE SOCIETY BY SALAAM JEEVAN
Bhubaneswar(17/03/2024): An awareness program for a drug free society has been organized at Golkunda Fort, Hyderabad by Salaam Jeevan, a Voluntary organization based in Bhubaneswar.
Dr.Muhammad Imran Ali and Anuj Kumar Das through posters related to de-addiction have appealed the tourists to stay away from all substances like tobacco, alcohol and other drugs and they have appealed the tourists for keeping children away from all types of substances. We have interacted and listened the queries of the youths and children here and accordingly they are guided how to lead a drug free life, added Anuj, the Director of the organisation.
In this public awareness campaign, youths with visual impairment, children, women and senior citizens are given basic awareness and tips for substance abuse prevention, said Dr.Imran, the Managing Director of the organisation. The tourists have hugely praised Salaam Jeevan's awareness program.
If the youths and children stay away from drugs, it will help in building a healthy country, said by the organization. So far, our organization has organised such interactive public awareness campaigns in different tourist places with an objective of reaching out masses of different areas so that people of different areas can be sensitised.
And this kind of campaigns shall help the tourists places to be free from tobacco pouches and wine bottles, said the organizers.
