Bird flu: BMC issues notice to chicken shop owners
Bhubaneswar(31/08/2024): The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) has issued a notice to chicken shop owners in Bhubaneswar, asking them not to purchase chickens from areas infected with bird flu.
The notice also advises the shop owners to report if they find any sick chickens.
The corporation has decided to inspect chicken shops and verify the information provided by the shop owners during the inspection.
Shop owners have been requested to provide accurate information during the inspection.
