FORMER MLA V SUGNANA KUMARI DEO NO MORE
Bhubaneswar (10/02/2024): Former MLA V Sugnana Kumari Deo passed away at a private hospital in Chennai late on Friday night.
She was 87. The ten-time Odisha MLA belonged to the royal family of Khallikote in Ganjam district. Deo has also a special identity as social worker. Soon after the news of her illness broke, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik had rushed to the hospital in Chennai and enquired about her health condition.
