Balasore, 9/7 (Krushna Kumar Mohanty): The group art exhibition “Ranga Rekha”, featuring artworks by around 31 emerging and veteran artists from various districts of Western Odisha, was inaugurated today with much enthusiasm and artistic spirit.

The exhibition, organized under the coordination of Kedar Nayak, is being held at the Regional Art Gallery of the Lalit Kala Academy, located in Rugudi Pada, Balangir. The inaugural function witnessed the presence of Dr. Bijayananda Sethi, Additional District Magistrate of Balangir, as the Chief Guest. Mrs. Lika Sahu, Chairperson of Balangir Municipality, and Rashmi Ranjan Mishra, District Culture Officer, Balangir, also graced the occasion as Guests of Honour.

All dignitaries not only encouraged the participating artists but also spent time admiring each artwork, offering words of appreciation for the creativity and expressive depth on display.

The exhibition features captivating artworks by a diverse group of artists, including:
Prashanta Majhi, Sanjay Sahu, Kedar Nayak, Kuldeep Verma, Chintamani Padhi, Lina Meher, Kush Bhuyan, Sushanta Meher, Yugal Kishore Barik, Jitendriya Behera, Jatin Kumar Padhi, Bikash Ranjan Pujari, Satya Narayan Meher, Nityananda Panda, Roshni Pandit, Ekta Panda, Preetish Kumar Sahu, Shraddha Suman Sahu, Abhishek Biswal, Shibani Bhoi, Barsha Rani Mahakur, Shubham Nayak, Thabir Siul, Akanksha Pujari, Anjan Kumar Ray, Rajesh Kumar Badhei, Lokanath Sahani, Ekta Mahapatra, Pooja Jagdala, Snigdha Panda, and Radharani Panda.

It is noteworthy that the exhibition will remain open to the public until July 12, and art enthusiasts can visit the gallery daily from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM to witness this vibrant display of colors and lines.
