Internet services restored after 4 days in Bhadrak
Bhadrak(02/10/2024): Internet services have been restored to normal in Bhadrak, Odisha, after a 4-day suspension.
The Bhadrak district administration had suspended internet services following communal tension, resulting in 33 arrests.
Although the situation has returned to normal, Section 163 remains in force in Bhadrak, Santhia, Puruna Bazar, and Chandan Bazar areas. Section 163 is a law that prohibits the assembly of more than four people in a specified area to maintain public peace.
