MONSOON TO REACH ODISHA IN 2-3 DAYS
Bhubaneswar (19/06/2023): India Meteorological Department (IMD) Director General (DG) Mrutyunjay Mohapatra on Monday said that conditions have become favourable for advancement of southwest monsoon over some parts of Odisha in the next 2-3 days. According to Mohapatra, there will be a change in the weather from June 20, while several places of Odisha will receive pre-monsoon rain from June 21. Though there is no heatwave alert for coastal and interior Odisha, heatwave warning will remain in force for most parts of western Odisha.
