NANDANKANAN ZOO GETS NEW GUESTS
Bhubaneswar (01/09/2023): The Nandankanan Zoological Park on the outskirts of Bhubaneswar welcomed it's new inmates-Golden-Handed Tamarin and Squirrel Monkeys. One pair from each species has been added to the animal stock of the Zoological Park.
The animals will be kept in quarantine for one month Following which they will be released into enclosures. They have been brought from Hyderabad as a part of the animal acquisition programme for pairing single-sexed animals and for new bloodline infusion.
