NO DEVELOPMENT IN ODISHA'S TOURISM SECTOR IN LAST 25 YEARS: HEMA MALINI

Bhubaneswar (17/05/2024): Veteran actress and BJP leader Hema Malini on Friday addressed a public meeting at Salia Sahi in Bhubaneswar and said that even though Odisha has abundant natural resources and many historic places, no development has been made in the tourism sector in last 25 years.

Hema Malini said, "The BJD government has failed to address malnutrition and unemployment." She appreciated the efforts of BJP's Bhubaneswar MP Aparajita Sarangi in improving the lives of slum dwellers.

Highlighting the promises made by the saffron party in its manifesto, she said Odisha will see major developments and women will receive 50,000 cash vouchers, once the party comes to power.
